Oh, no, it's never easy. Knowing what you must do is very different from doing it consistently. That's why it's important to remind yourself often.

After all, then they are safe. So after eight years of pondering this and finding out no, that isn't what happened - hard to change your brain overnight. Brains are weird, yup.

I can't say I've thought of it that way. Having heard it, though, I can understand why you would.

[His situation is different. Perhaps it's easier, when those who vanish told you they were leaving ahead of time. Easier to believe they were consumed by the world, rather than they didn't want to come home to you.]

Don't be afraid to tell people to adjust their expectations of you. You have a right to change at your own pace. You're not obligated to change at all- while it is healthy to be yourself, you can be whomever you wish to be, publicly or privately, and to anyone you wish.

It's hard. I feel like because how I started off with Ingo when he came here, he doesn't trust me to think for myself at times. Like, I am just saying something to make him happy.

When the Fox sends us back, I want to go to Hisui. I don't like Unova much anymore, plus Ingo has a job there. I'll miss the Subway, but I'll be with Ingo.

I think he thinks I would rather have modern conveniences and stuff. But he has a place in Hisui, I might not- but really I don't think I have a place in Unova anymore either.

[Well, he knows it. After all, if someone goes missing, they always look at the people closest to the victim. And then there is always the court of public opinion...]

Why is that?

So, when someone goes missing, they look for the usual suspects. A person is more likely to be hurt by someone close to them rather than a random stranger just because of how often they are aroud them.

Where Ingo went missing was in the back offices of the Gear Station, where only employees such as myself, him and depot agents have access to.

Ingo left our office with his Pokemon still in the office. So that means if he left the office it was with someone he trusted. With all this information in mind, who do you think had the light shined on them first?

[To not only lose his brother and have no explanation for what happened, but to be suspected of causing his disappearance? That's terrible. When his own family disappeared, he only had to deal with his own loneliness, and the curse in the woods. No one was banging on his door to arrest him or point fingers.]
